PANAMA CITY BEACH — A naked man was arrested Thursday night by sheriff’s deputies after a woman called complaining he had urinated in the parking lot of the Carousel Supermarket in front of her and her 12-year-old son. According to a Bay County Sheriff’s Office report, the 67-year-old man was arrested on Toledo Place near Front Beach Road and cited for disorderly conduct, exposure of sexual organs and resisting an officer without violence. When a deputy approached the man, he apparently remembered public nudity is unacceptable because the report said he was standing in the middle of the road trying to put on gym shorts that were given to him by a passerby. As the deputy cuffed him, the man warned the deputy to let him go or he would “kick his” butt.
